Is this feature not consider in the roadmap of mantis?

the screenshots on http://www.rth-is-quality.com/home.php have a familiar look, it is supposed to integrate with Mantis, and the code smells like Mantis... (it would have been nice to see some explicit credit or background info on this)

There are two tools that are in contact with me and always work to have integration with Mantis, these are Testlink and rth.
