Summary	0005095: Close bug page needs to show resolution dropdown...
Description	If you do not enforce work flow, you can close a bug without setting the 'resolution'. This leaves the issue as 'Open' even though its status is 'Closed'. This confuses the summaries and a lot of other things. I even went so far as to write a php report to show all issues that are either 'Resolved' or 'Closed' with the resolution set to 'Open'. If you add the resolution drop down to the close issue screen, it would be nice to have it required not to be open.

thraxisp 2005-01-11 18:35 reporter ~0008956	Fixed in CVS. The resolution dropdown will show up on close, if the issue is still in the OPEN or REOPENED resolution.
