Description	language changes if bug report is incomplete. when reporting a bug, if you leave the description field empty, the language turns from french to english (certainly the same with other languages).

thraxisp 2005-01-10 10:59 reporter ~0008909 Last edited: 2005-01-10 11:07	The error handler switches to the default language for the site, rather than leaving the current language in place. This is needed to handle processing of errors in the email handler.
