Summary	0005033: Turkish translation Email notifications fail.
Description	This happens because of a syntax error on line 5 of phpmailer.lang-tr.php. it's commented incorrectly. some text after '/' --> '/ bla bla bla'
Additional Information	I removed the text after '*/' and problem is fixed.
