There should be some way to just
set a config option to just turn off
the html 'cleaning' feature.

I just want to type in html and have it
work without worrying about what mantis
will filter out and how it will filter it
out.

Typing a URL into the news section won't
hyperlink automagically and typing:
<a href='http://foo/loginpage.html'> link me </a>

won't work either.
