Summary	0004758: Support RSS autodiscovery on all Mantis pages
Description	RSS autodiscovery is a standard way of notifying RSS aggregators about the URL of a RSS feed associated with a given page. You can read about it e.g. here: http://diveintomark.org/archives/2002/06/02/important_change_to_the_link_tag Adding such tags to Mantis pages would make subscribing to RSS feeds marginally easier. This will become somewhat more important if an RSS feed for issues, not just news, appears, as per issues 0004401, 0004641, 0003893 The link in each page should ideally point to the specific RSS feed for the current project.
