Summary	0004718: Not possible to select blank fields in filter
Description	It is not possible to filter for fields with no value set (except for "assigned to" field, which provides a "none" value in the list).
Steps To Reproduce	I just tried to set the filter to all issues that do not have a "Target Version" (a Custom field) set. When I select the blank entry in the advanced filter, or when I select the blank entry together with some other value (e.g. "2.0"), "any" is used as filter instead.

TomR 2005-01-10 17:39 reporter ~0008913	This is for me also major severity. I would like to filter on different custom fields where the custom field i s empty ( not filled in ). Is there a workaround for it?
