Summary	0004440: It should be possible to define an assigned to at "Change Status To"
Description	It would be very usefull to assign the issue depending on the status. To have a better workflow it should be possible to select an "assigned to" person who is the next person to act with this issue.
Additional Information	Maybe to assign the bug to a tester for testing
