Summary0004429: Slovene national characters not displayed correctly
DescriptionWhen I switch language to "Slovene" the slovenian national characters (for example, c with hatchek) are displayed as dots.
Additional InformationFirefox says that encoding is ISO-8859-1 (from HTTP request) and UTF-8 (from META tags in HTML code). The translation I submitted is in UTF-8.

I haven't checked this bug on my local installation, only on bugs.mantisbt.org.

This problem exists in Firefox and in Internet Explorer.

Manually changing the encoding does not fix this problem - characters are always displayed as dots.

Can you confirm that the distributed strings_slovene.txt has the right characters?

Where can I get strings_slovene.txt? From CVS? Slovene is not listed in http://www.mantisbt.org/localization.php. [^]

Well, since you're testing rc1: it's in the lang directory in the archive (and probably in your installation as well).

Alternatively, try http://bugs.mantisbt.org/lang/strings_slovene.txt [^]

It seems that slovenian characters in file
http://bugs.mantisbt.org/lang/strings_slovene.txt [^]
were somehow replaced with dots. I have uploaded (in mantis) original file.

I would also ask you to modify Davor's lastname in
http://www.mantisbt.org/credits.php [^]
from "Orli." to "Orlic".

Wanderer, I'll let you handle this.

Actually, I could just as well do it myself :-)
