The changes made to filters in issues (0003804, 0003944, 0003805), have made the edit filters screen too wide.

There are now 3 user drop-down lists, and depending on the lengths of the users' names it makes the screen too wide.

Using Firefox/Mozilla on a 1024x768 screen:

• I our implementation, the you cannot see the apply button because it's pushed off-screen to the right
• At bugs.mantisbt.org the apply button appears half off screen.

Testing the same thing in IE show a similar problem, however IE seems to have less of an issue.

If reorganising the filters again is not possible, maybe moving the "Apply Filter" button to the bottem left will make the screen more usable.
