Summary	0003781: bad link to php.net on admin/check.php
Description	When I run admin/check.php, I get a section with the heading "WARNING - register_globals - WARNING". In that section is a hyperlink to http://www.php.net/manual/en/security.registerglobals.php. Clicking this link yields a 404 error.
