Description

Sometimes while our users are away from the internet, they will discover bugs in our system that need to be reported. It would be nice if there were a way that they could upload a text file (xml?) that could pre-fill a bug submittal page.

The idea to handle this is to have Mantis support connecting to a POP3 email account and importing the emails sent to it as bugs. Some of these emails will be free text and others will be XML. Hence, the people who are away from the Internet, can prepare the information and send it when connecting to the Internet.

Reagarding the offline functionality - there are several requests (some with patches) to support some sort of import / email functionality - marking this as a duplicate of 0004220 which is one of these requests.
