Summary	0023642: Custom date field changing current date to previous day if reported across timezones
Description	We use a custom date field for Deadline, which used to work OK. However, since now half of the cases reported are now from another timezone (we are in CET, problematic are cases from EET), a date problem became very visible. By default, the deadline is left to be the current date by the case registrar, but as it is saved, it is suddenly becomes previous day. This happens all the time for cases reported from Eastern Europe Timezone.
