Summary	0022526: In-accuracy in the documentation on customizing status codes
Description	In the documentation https://www.mantisbt.org/manual/admin.customize.status.html it says the file (1) custom_constants_inc.php, (2) custom_strings_inc.php, and (3) config_inc.php are in the main mantisbt directory. The correct is, they are under {main mantis directory}/config. Otherwise, the instructions do not work.
