I am stuck with "mantisbt" only, all other selections fail.

I don't understand what the problem is. As far as I can tell, filtering issues by project on this tracker seems to work as expected, and when updating the filter criteria I see the new project. Can you please provide detailed steps to reproduce ?

With regards to changing the title bar, I don't think that's a good idea.

When I change the project in the combo-box it comes back with "mantisbt", regardless which project I choose.
I have this issue using Chrome, using IE(!!) it works as expected.

I cannot provide screen shots since nothing changes.
I am viewing this issue, project = mantisbt. I change to project 'Mantistouch', now I am taken to the My view page. Project selector remains on 'mantisbt'.
Not in any position to change project.
Can this be caching by any chance?

Ah you mean the project selector in the top-right ? I thought you meant the "Project" filter in the View Issues advanced filters.

Still I am not able to reproduce the behavior you describe (tried FF, Chrome and IE).

Sorry for not being clear enough.
Have tested this with Chrome on another pc and encountered no issues.
Will test with clearing the cache and try again to see if that solves it on the other pc.
