The button which generate a new captcha code

There is no button, but there are two other ways to generate a new code.

1. Click the captcha image
2. Click the link to generate a new code

Where do you get the problem?

I was not able to reproduce the issue, tried both methods, tried latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Safari

Are you able to reproduce the issue using a browser without any installed plugins?

Do you get any errors or warnings in browser console?
