Description

Hello,
in our company we need extra functionality in our Mantis installation.
Example:
I have some categories including example "Error in app - SLA 1 day"
When I create the issue by choose this category, MANTIS automatically sets the term of solution and example put it in some extra read-only field.
This procedure is executed only once, when I create the issue.

Is it possible to do it in some easy way?
Could give me advice?

This is not a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to configure the system). I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required".

You could start by looking at existing plugins that might offer similar functionality.
