pranali1993,

The provided information is not sufficient to provide any help in resolving the issue. A complete and detailed description is required for the support team to get a clear understanding of the problem.

Please provide detailed, step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue; at least the additional information listed below would be useful:

  • Exact version of MantisBT, PHP, Database, Web server, Browser and Operating System
  • Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
  • Installed plugins or custom functions ?
  • Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?

There is no chance to provide any help as the issue can't be reproduced using the given information.

Furtermore, version 1.2.8 is quite outdated.
We fixed a lot of bugs since this version has been released nearly five years ago.
So the first step would be to upgrade to latest stable version (1.2.19 at the moment)

If after doing so the problem still exists, do not hesitate to reopen the issue.

I am not aware there is a similar known bug when using standard Mantis, so you will have to provide more information about your configuration and environment.
