Summary	0021118: Sticked issues are not separated in "View Issues" page
Description	In 1.3.x sticked issues have been separated by a grey bar from other issues. There is no visual separation in 2.0.x

syncguru 2016-10-22 11:11 developer ~0054320	@atrol - I looked into this again and seems to be working fine. Defaulting 'show sticky issues' to false in filter which I saw last time is not reproducible any more. Can you try on your end?
