Description | We currently have around 7000 Closed Incidents on our Mantis, when I try to extract the defect detail into a .csv format, I get the below error: 500 - Internal Server Error I need to perform this extract on a daily basis, everytime I require this, I had to keep refreshing atlest half a dozen to dozen times before I can get a successful extract produced. Could you please suggest an action to fix this problem? | ||||
