Summary	0020835: Problems with state flow when assing bugs to developers
Description	Good Night, I try to assing bugs to the differents developers, but when I search at the list, the name not appears. I configured to modify the state transition and noticed that after that, I indicated the problem arises. I can assign tasks to reporters and managers, but not to developers.
Steps To Reproduce	I configured: status_enum_workflow like this: array ( 10 => '20:se necesitan más datos,30:aceptada', 20 => '10:nueva,30:aceptada,90:cerrada', 30 => '40:confirmada,20:se necesitan más datos,80:resuelta', 40 => '50:asignada,20:se necesitan más datos,80:resuelta', 50 => '80:resuelta,20:se necesitan más datos', 80 => '90:cerrada,20:se necesitan más datos,50:asignada', 90 => '20:se necesitan más datos,30:aceptada,50:asignada,80:resuelta', )
