Vigneshk, I was not able to reproduce your problem with a fresh install of the latest stable MantisBT release (1.2.19 at the moment). The provided information is not sufficient to provide any help in resolving the issue. A complete and detailed description is required for the support team to get a clear understanding of the problem. Provide detailed, step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue; the additional information listed below may also be useful:

I installed Mantis with the help of XAMPP. Using this video present in youtube i did the installation: But in this video they showed the installation of older version of Mantis, which I did using the latest version(Mantis 1.2.19). I used the following version of XAMPP (xampp-win32-5.6.14-0-VC11-installer). I have created Administrator, reporter and Developer accounts. And this issue occurred in one of the Reporters PC. He used Chrome browser to login into Mantis. The Administrator has created a New Project and the reporter tried to report an issue in that project. After selecting the "Submit Report" button, it was taking long time to load "Operation Successful" page. Instead of that a blank page was displayed. When we tried to refresh the same page, "Operation Successful" page was displayed but the same report is generated with two different ID's. |
I changed the Mantis Source code to increase the Upload File size from the default 5MB to 40MB. The reporter PC is also having the same Windows 7 Professional OS. |
Other than that I have also changed the Source code in PHP, Apache and in MySQL. Please let me know if you need any other clarifications. |

Got no feedback for
Can this issue be reproduced just on a single system with Chrome or does it also happen on other systems or using Firefox? |
There was no error or warning in Web server or Database logs. The only error log which I got was to change the "Port 80" which is by default assigned in XAMPP. So to solve that issue I changed to different Ports. For the second query, this issue can be reproduced in Firefox as well as in |
I am not sure if I understood right:
Does this mean that the issue occurs only when using a reporter account, but not when using a developer, manager or administrator account. |
Sorry for not mentioning this in first hand. I'm facing the same issue in Developer as well as in Manager account but I'm not sure whether it has occurred in Administrator account. This is because we don't use the Administrator account. All the operations will be managed by Manager. |

Got no feedback for
Are you able to reproduce the issue using xampp-win32-5.5.30-3-VC11? |
No, in every system this problem is getting generated. I have not tried to use other XAMPP versions. Since there are some projects running in the above mentioned XAMPP version. |
A blank page is surely caused by an error in the server script (you have modified standard code) enable all warnings and error reporting to see the errors |
Ok. I'm not good at coding. Can you please help me for the same. |
Vigneshk, I was not able to reproduce the issues.
This is not a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to deal with problems introduced by your operating environment). I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required". Please use the forums, the mantisbt-help mailing list or IRC to get support on customizing and using MantisBT (refer to http://www.mantisbt.org/support.php for links and further details). Feel free to reopen the issue if you finally find that this is a Mantis bug. At the moment I think there is something wrong with your XAMPP installation. Please contact the XAMPP team for any problems you encounter during XAMPP installation. |
