Summary	0020261: getting multiple time note added by . every time . in email notifacation
Description	i have run the crontab in linux to check email .but every time i received mail like a not has been added . if i run contab for 1 minute to check the mail . then every time i received the same mail .

mukeshchaubey 2015-11-23 05:02 reporter ~0051915	mantis 1.2.17 is being issue . email Reporting pluging has been install .when it get mail a new task is being created as pop has been configure . cront tab is running in my linux but everytime reporter get "a note has been added to issue.which is false .no one has added any note but still reporter get the notification every minute as often my contab run.
