Summary0020055: More visbility on current project for adminitration pages, dedicated selector
Description

1) Currently, on manage configuration pages, where configuration can be made for either "all projects" or specific project, current project is noticed by a message:

"Note: These configurations affect only the XXX project."

I suggest that this should be more visible (bigger, colored text)
