Summary	0019975: Unable to receive emails for registration of new user
Description	I have installed mantis BT successfully, but I am unable to receive mails for new registered users. I have tried each and everything, but unable to do it so. I must mentioned it, that I have installed mantis locally, means just on my Laptop, is this a real problem?
