Summary	0019959: Users still can see private bugs
Description	If a user has no right to see private bugs he can have access to the bugs made private after he reported them. This might be by design though.
Steps To Reproduce	Tried with $g_limit_reporters = ON;

badfiles 2015-07-22 07:42 reporter ~0051114	Of course there are no reason. But if someone made a bug private someone else who has no access to private things should not get such access. Anyway, I told you this might be by design not a bug.
