esha_testing 2015-07-01 02:29 reporter ~0050997	I have installed XAMPP through which I have started MYSQL and Apache. I use Windows 8.1. The folder was extracted in the folder where it was originally downloaded i.e. Downloads folder by default.

This is not a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to configure the system). I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required".
