Summary	0019742: developer having delete and close buttons.
Description	Developer can close any issue and delete them as well. I have already set following values: Minimum access level to Manager from work flow transition options and delete issue button unchecked from workflow threshold options but it does not solve the problem, any one guide me whats the issue? is it due to older version? if so how to update mantis to latest version?

With workflow settings as per your screenshots, the Delete button and Closed status are not available to the developper. It looks like your workflow is for a specific project; make sure that the issue being viewed belongs to that project.
