	 * The following two config options allow you to control who should get email
	 * notifications on different actions/statuses. The first option (default_notify_flags)
	 * sets the default values for different user categories. The user categories
	 * are:
	 *
	 * 'reporter': the reporter of the bug
	 * 'handler': the handler of the bug
	 * 'monitor': users who are monitoring a bug
	 * 'bugnotes': users who have added a bugnote to the bug
	 * 'explicit': users who are explicitly specified by the code based on the action (e.g. user added to monitor list).
	 * 'threshold_max': all users with access <= max
	 * 'threshold_min': ..and with access >= min
	 *
	 * The second config option (notify_flags) sets overrides for specific actions/statuses.
	 * If a user category is not listed for an action, the default from the config
	 * option above is used. The possible actions are:
	 *
	 * 'new': a new bug has been added
 	 * 'owner': a bug has been assigned to a new owner
	 * 'reopened': a bug has been reopened
 	 * 'deleted': a bug has been deleted
	 * 'updated': a bug has been updated
	 * 'bugnote': a bugnote has been added to a bug
	 * 'sponsor': sponsorship has changed on this bug
	 * 'relation': a relationship has changed on this bug
	 * 'monitor': an issue is monitored.
	 * '<status>': eg: 'resolved', 'closed', 'feedback', 'acknowledged', ...etc.
	 * this list corresponds to $g_status_enum_string
	 *

	 *
	 * $g_notify_flags['new']['threshold_min'] = DEVELOPER;
	 * $g_notify_flags['new']['threshold_max'] = DEVELOPER;
	 *
	 * You might want to do something similar so all managers are notified when a
	 * bug is closed. If you didn't want reporters to be notified when a bug is
	 * closed (only when it is resolved) you would use:

	 * Custom Group Actions
	 *
	 * This extensibility model allows developing new group custom actions. This

spalayon,

please use English when reporting issues.

The provided information is not sufficient to provide any help in resolving the issue. A complete and detailed description is required for the support team to get a clear understanding of the problem.

The additional information listed below may also be useful:

  • Exact version of MantisBT, PHP, Database, Web server, Browser and Operating System
  • Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
  • Installed plugins or custom functions ?
  • Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?

As a first step I recommend to check your web server logs for errors and warnings.

As a first step I recommend to check your wen server logs for errors and warnings. I did not find anything in the system event log, since I installed it has never shown anything in this section.

You wrote

PHP is 4.2.11
But you wrote also
PHP/5.5.19

I assume that 4.2.11 is the wrong one

You wrote

  • Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ? it was not modified

This seems not to be true, as you attached a changed version of manage_config_email_page
Furthermore this file is from version 1.3 of MantisBT but you wrote that exact version of MantisBT is 1.2.19.

I am quite sure that your problem is caused by your changes of manage_config_email_page.

spalayon,

This seems not to be a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to deal with problems that you introduced yourself by changing original files of MantisBT) I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required".

Please use the forums, the mantisbt-help mailing list or IRC to get support on customizing and using MantisBT (refer to http://www.mantisbt.org/support.php for links and further details).

Feel free to reopen this issue if you are able to reproduce the problem with a fresh installation of the original MantisBT 1.2.19

I removed your attachment config_inc.php as there was your SMTP password in it.
I recommend to change your password.
