I need your help to upgrade our Mantis version (1.1.2 - very old...), to the last one.

I don't know how to do this... can someone help me with some steps?

Database: MySQL (30gb)
Server: Apache

the upgrade process is documented, see https://www.mantisbt.org/docs/master-1.2.x/en/administration_guide.html#ADMIN.INSTALL.UPGRADE

This is not a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to configure the system). I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required".
