Summary	0000186: Default settings for reproducibility/severity would be nice
Description	Most things put in the databas could get a default value, such as "normal". I briefly checked the php code, but since it loops over the dbase entries, I couldn't do a quick hack to add it. Maybe it could check the DEFAULT setting of the table ?
Additional Information	Okay, I admit, I want to use this for more then bugtracking, and reproducability is not a feature I'll need very much.

The reason you have to choose a setting was so you actually thought about the error before reporting "it doesn't work" (and trust me there are an infinite amount of morons who would do this). However, it doesn't hold up as well when you have a tight, knowledgeable development team.
