Summary	0017909: Invalid character causes 404 page
Description	Script returns 404 error when submitting with a certain character.
Steps To Reproduce	Took me a while to figure out what was triggering the problem, however when trying to login or change password that contained the character that is produced when using "shift + tilde(~)". Can't use it here as afraid it is for all submissions. It is kind of like a backwards apostrophe. It causes a 404 error and breaks the script from continuing. Almost gave up on the script till I tried without using that symbol and it worked fine.

nathan.brouse 2014-11-21 20:31 reporter ~0041877	yes that is the character. I got it to reproduce when logging in with the password 7U2384ksd` and when trying to change the password to that. I was having that issue over and over after new installation in firefox, windows 7 on a php cpanel server. If you can't reproduce it might be a fluke with all the variables in my setup. I didn't want it to go un-noticed if it was an actual problem.

Feel free to reopen the issue with additional details if you can demonstrate that Mantis is causing the issue.
