Summary | 0017818: Vertical gaps in View Issue header information is not consistent
Description | The gaps are sometimes thick and sometimes standard. We should probably make them all standard 1px height. This is not an introduced issue in 1.3.x.

This also applies to update page and notes. |

I don't think this is a bug. The wider gaps introduces visual barrier between sections of cells that deemed to be related. This is good on the eye. Without that, you will end up with excel-like table view that would be more straining on the eye than the current design. I carried over this approach in the modern UI design. I would suggest keeping this as-is. |

I second syncguru's opinion here - I think it's best to leave these separators as they are. Suggest to close this as won't fix. |

I'm OK with the horizontal bars, but I wonder if they are in random locations right now? Can we articulate what each group is for? Anyway, I'm OK with closing as won't fix. But I believe that we will want to revisit the view issue page to address features like control order of fields, interleave custom/native fields, interleave notes and attachments, etc. |

+1 to that. 2.0 scope though. |
