I was not able to reproduce your problem with a fresh install of the latest stable version of MantisBT (1.2.17 at the moment).

Please provide detailed, step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue. Additional information listed below may also be useful:

• Exact version of MantisBT, PHP, Database, Web server and Operating System
• Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
• Installed plugins or custom functions ?
• Settings of the graph plugin
• Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?

As a first step you should run admin/check.php to check your environment.

make the following changes:

Change the window title
$ g_window_title = 'Mantis Comteco';

We changed the name of the logo by logo Comteco
$ g_logo_image = 'images / comteco_logo.png';

Do not install any other plugin and not configure the graphics plugin works fine for me locally, the problem is with my server is red hat enterprise linux

Where there any errors or warnings?

Check also that you have installed TrueType-Fonts on your system.

You might have to customize setting $g_system_font_folder if the fonts cannot be found in /usr/share/fonts/corefonts/ , /usr/share/fonts/truetype/msttcorefonts or /usr/share/fonts/msttcorefonts/
