Summary	0017572: Status Percentage Legend misleading on "View Issues" Page
Description	Turned on $g_status_percentage_legend = ON; what a superb feature... except that on the View Issues page I'd expect the graphic to follow the current filter. E.g. If I select a particular status in the search, I'd expect the bar to go one single colour as only one status is being selected by the current filter. However, I did not expect the one on "My View" to follow the current filter. I believe this should stay as it is today. i.e. Ignore any filters.
Steps To Reproduce	1) Turned on $g_status_percentage_legend = ON; 2) Observed the bar that appears at the bottom of View Issues Page
