Description

Hi,

I have a strange issue with checkboxes.
I created several custom fields with checkboxes.
When I check some of them and submit a bug, it's ok. I can see the right informations checked but when I want to update the bug, some checked boxes become unchecked so I need to check them again...

Did you already meet this case?

I was not able to reproduce your problem with a fresh install of MantisBT 1.2.17.

Please provide detailed, step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue. Additional information listed below may also be useful:

  • Exact version of Brwoser, PHP, Database, Web server and Operating System
  • Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
  • Installed plugins or custom functions ?
  • Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?

Thanks for your reply.
Here are some additional informations :

  • I tested it with Firefox 24 and IE 8 => same behavior
  • PHP version 5.4.27
  • Mysql 5.5.36
  • Apache 2.4.9
  • Linux Redhat 6.2
  • No special configuration, no source code modification
  • I use only the default plugins

I can add that I had the same behaviour on an old version of Mantis (1.1.8) that's why I upgraded it.
It seems that the issue appears when I check boxes on different fields. I send you some screenshot to better understand my configuration.

I was still not able to reproduce the bug.

Are you able to reproduce the issue starting with a fresh MantisBT installation?

It seems that the case is solved when I try on new bug.

If I do changes on old one (imported from the old mantis version), the issue still here.

I think it's a data issue..... maybe because I used pluginmanager?

Maybe, but I don't know as I never used this 3rd party development.
