Summary	0017526: Forgot My Password - Blank submit should not submit the form.
Description	Blank submit should not submit the form due to it is not a right business logic.
Steps To Reproduce	Paste URL into address bar:http://www.mantisbt.org/forums/ucp.php?mode=login Click on "I forgot my Password link". Click on "Submit button" without fill up any field value.

I don't htink this is a bug, at least not with major severiry and high priority. You get message "The e-mail/username information submitted could not be found." [1] https://www.phpbb.com/
