Summary	0017496: Developers are not able to save Filter in the "ALL Project"
Description	Hello, currently I have the following settings: $g_stored_query_create_threshold = UPDATER; $g_stored_query_create_shared_threshold = DEVELOPER; Developers are not able to save Filter on the TOP Level (All Projects) only if they select an project! Is it a Bug or an Feature?

dregad 2014-07-09 06:15 developer ~0040906	mmmichael, I was not able to reproduce your problem with a fresh install of the latest stable version of MantisBT (1.2.17). With the 2 configs set as mentioned and logged on as developer, I could successfully save filters for all projects, both when current project is 'All Projects' and set to a specific one. Please provide detailed, step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue. Additional information listed below may also be useful: Exact version of MantisBT, PHP, Database, Web server and Operating System Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc) Installed plugins or custom functions ? Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?
