0014639: Email has been sent desperately with the subject [000000]

Description

I've received a bunch of emails from Matis with no content. The subject is [000000] and it is not related to anything.

All mantis user has received the same email every 5 min.

Could you please check how can I fix it? It has been bothering all my stakeholders.
