Summary	0012962: Setup the Mantis on Public IP
Description	I have installed the WAMP first. After that i have installed mantis and want to access from the Public IP. Also i have changed the port by 8080. When i am going to access through the Public IP then got the permission error. Please help me how to get it resolved.

Also describing an issue with these details will not yield in a high response rate of people wanting to help you. Be more descriptive in your problem

Please use the forums, the help mailing list or IRC to get support on customising and using MantisBT. http://www.mantisbt.org/support.php Feel free to reopen this issue if you finally find that there is a bug.
