0011906: Email Issue and Assigned to me Issue !!!

Description

Hello,
Can someone please help me out. As i have upgraded mantis from 1.1 to 1.2.0.
1. As i click on the tab Assigned to me, instead of showing my views, it is showing me the views of all users. Even it is fine with 1.1. Is there something like have to install some patches or plug-in or have to do some setting for it.
2. Not getting mails from mantis bug tracker, even i have set the same smtp setting as i have set there 1.1.
Please do the needful asap.
