Summary	0011513: Add the ability to change multiple properties on items from the view issues screen.
Description	It would be nice to have the ability to make several property changes on selected tickets from the view issues screen. An Example is selecting x number of tickets and updating the Target Version, status and assigned to person all in one click. This would speed up the process of updating multiple tickets considerably.
