Description

I have tried EVERYTHING, however I cannot get access to the admin folder. The general login works, albeit with errors, but the admin/install sections seem to be off-limits.

I have moved them into /var/www/, /var/www/html/, granted a <directory> access in apache2.conf, done chmod 777 on /usr/shared/mantis, even searched for htaccess. files.

PLEASE let me know how I can possibly get this up and running.

Hello,

This is probably something for the forum / linux forums -> we don't generate 403 errors from install.php - I suspect the issue is you have not got php set up correctly in some way.

One of the ubuntu IRC channels could be a good place to get support or our IRC channel
