Summary	0010953: Developers Ability to assign a Bug report to all testers in the bug tracker...
Description	Maybe I am missing something but the ability to assign a bug report to que and then send an e-mail to all testers to test.. Like in feedback... But adding the ability for a developer to add the other testers and not just the reporter... When wanting feedback from all testers and the reporter is a plus...And of course just feedback from the reporter too...
