0010642: Get time tracking information raises Application error 200

Description

I tested the new featrue for time tracking in Mantis. I opended a new ticket and added some hours to notes and closed the ticket.
If I click the button Get time tracking information I get an Application error 200. I also noticed that I can avoid this bug if I click before on the View advanced link and switch back to the normal view.

Some additional things:
1. If I dont change the Start and End Date I cant find times from the current day. I need to set the End Date for tomorrow. I think it would be better if a <= comparison would be executed

2. The whole Time tracking dialog is missing in the View Advanced page

Steps To Reproduce

Create ticket
add notes with some times
click Get Time tracking information
=> Error 200

Workarround
Create ticket
add notes with some times
click View Advanced
click View Simple
click Get Time tracking information
=> works
