Description	I'm setting the mail's send with this help: http://www.mantisbt.org/wiki/doku.php/mantisbt:setting_up_mail_queuing?s=email%20send%20using%20cronjob When email have container accents or 'ñ' this characters not show, before I don´t use cronjob and appear its. Attachment example.
