Description | Can someone pls kindly advise us how we should make the "Add Note" field avalible for the "Updater" role when Status is resolved? | ||||

Please try changing $g_bug_readonly_status_threshold in config_inc.php to a value above 100 (ie. never make it readonly). Example: "$g_bug_readonly_status_threshold = 110;" This has the side effect of allowing anyone to modify a bug that has been resolved (change the title, target version, status, etc). I'm not entirely sure how this affects notifications if the bug is already closed... you may have to test. A more commonly accepted approach is to allow people to reopen a bug to add notes to it. |

I suppose it'd also be nice to have a separate threshold that allows people to add notes to a resolved bug... where everything is readonly except the addition of new bugnotes (and editing of bugnotes after the readonly status was put into effect). Effectively the current readonly threshold would be a "freeze" on everything up to a certain point in time. |
