Summary	0010492: Specific description makes bug view page slow and displays without showing the description
Description	When I add the text shown at http://www.exanetics.com/mantis.txt into a bug's description, viewing the bug page loads up very slow and when it finally does show up, the description is missing. Sometimes, the page doesn't load up at all and I get " Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /path/removed/mantis/core/string_api.php on line 409" While the page is loading, the CPU utilization is very high on the server. I have not found any pattern to indicate when the error is displayed and when the page loads without the description. I have placed the text in the url above as pasting it into the description here might cause the problem I am describing when viewing this page.
Steps To Reproduce	Report a new issue and ensure you use the text shown at http://www.exanetics.com/mantis.txt for is description. After reporting the issue, either click on the "View Submitted Issue #" or navigate to the bug using the "View Issues" link After a long wait, you will either see the error message mentioned in the description or the page will load with a blank description.
