As an Administrator, I would like to be able to bring up a "My View" or "View Issues" of any User without having to log in AS that user. (Particularly difficult since I don't know their password.) This would help me identify Issues/Projects that ought to be made private to that user's access level.

It would be GREAT if the My View could inherit the filters that are currently set and allow use of the Administrative Checkboxes to do a mass View Status or Move change.
